Program Manager
Position Overview
The Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of
high‑quality clinical support services at Gilda’s Club Simcoe Muskoka. This position provides clinical oversight to staff and students, delivers direct counselling support, facilitates groups, and leads the development and delivery of specialized workshops, including When Cancer Enters the Workplace. The Clinical Manager plays an essential role in upholding the mission, philosophy, and standards of Gilda’s Club while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members.
